Queer/Bar and Mini/Bar will be open until 2am each night of the festival, based on a first-come, first-serve capacity.
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
Single Day Passes will be available at the front entrance of the festival, valid only on the day of purchase in limited quantities. Single day passes are CASH ONLY at the gate. There will be ATMs provided.
GA 3-Day Passes and VIP 3-Day Passes can be purchased here. Both of these passes can only be purchased online pre-sale.
Can my Email Confirmation with my ticket get me into the festival?
No. You need to redeem your printed or mobile ticket in the email confirmation for a corresponding wristband at the main gate of the festival when you first enter.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY PRE-SALE TICKET WITH ME?
Please bring your ticket with you (mobile will be accepted) and we will exchange your it for a wristband. 3-Day Pass Holders (GA or VIP) will be given one wristband for the entire weekend. You are responsible for your wristband, we cannot replace lost or left wristbands. Meet & Greet wristbands can be removed after the Meet & Greet event, but please do not remove your festival entry wristband.
what is a Meet & Greet add-on Package?
In order to accommodate Meet & Greets for the many amazing artists performing at Queer/Pride 2019, we are offering 5 different Meet & Greet events throughout the weekend. Check out the Tickets section of the website for a full list of the selection of artists in each Meet & Greet event. These artists will only appear in their scheduled Meet & Greet events, outside of their stage performances or possible VIP drop-ins. Tickets for these events must be purchased as an Add-On Package, in addition to a GA or VIP 3-Day Pre-sale Pass. You should not purchase an Add-On Package without purchasing a festival entry pass. Queer/Pride cannot permit entry to any person who does not have a festival entry pass, even if they purchased a Meet & Greet Add-On Package. A ticket holder can purchase multiple Meet & Greet Add-On Packages if they want to attend multiple Meet & Greet events. These tickets will be redeemed for corresponding wristbands at the festival gate. Meet & Greet Add-On Packages will not be sold at the festival gate.
I already bought my festival ticket. can i still purchase a Meet & Greet Add-on package?
Of course! You can purchase a Meet & Greet Add-On Package in a separate transaction from your festival entry ticket. Please be advised that you cannot participate in the Meet & Greet events if you do not also purchase a festival entry ticket.
Can I buy multiple festival passes or Meet & Greet Add-On Packages for my friends and I?
Yes. You will need to present all mobile or printed festival tickets and/or Meet & Greet Add-On Package tickets at the main gate of the festival to redeem for wristbands. Ticket purchaser must be present to redeem tickets for wristbands, with a matching ID to the name on the tickets. Tickets purchased for friends cannot be redeemed for attendees that are not present at the gate with you. You can redeem tickets purchased in one transaction at different times at the gate, as long as the original purchaser and the intended ticket holder are present.

WHAT IS PRE-REGISTRATION?
Pick up your pre-sale VIP or GA 3-Day Pass wristband at Queer/Bar early for quicker entry into the festival! Check out our website for updates on dates and time of Pre-Registration.
DOES THE FESTIVAL ALLOW RE-ENTRY?
Re-entry into the festival is permitted with all ticket types through the general admission line. However, only the VIP 3-Day Pass Holders are guaranteed re-entry to the festival at any time, through the VIP Line.
Re-entry is guaranteed for Queer/Pride Festival only, does not guarantee entry into Queer/Bar and Mini/Bar.
DOES MY TICKET GUARANTEE ENTRY INTO QUEER/BAR AND MINI/BAR TOO?
No. All festival tickets, including the GA 3-Day Pass, the VIP 3-Day Pass, and the Single Day Tickets, do not guarantee entry into Queer/Bar and Mini/Bar. These indoor venues inside the festival have limited capacities and are a first-come, first-serve basis.
My friend Does not have a VIP Pass, but I do. Can they come into the VIP lounge with me?
No. Only VIP Pass holders will be allowed entry into the private VIP Lounge.
what do i need to enter the festival?
Each festival attendee is required to show a current, valid ID at the entrance, as well as your mobile or printed ticket, or your wristband if you have already exchanged your ticket for a wristband. Acceptable forms of identification include an active state-issued driver’s license or ID card, an active Canadian driver’s license or ID card, military ID, or a valid passport. International driver’s licenses (except Canada) and Green Cards are not acceptable. Expired IDs also cannot be accepted. You will need to show a valid ID every time you enter or re-enter the festival.
Are bags allowed in the festival?
Yes. Small backpacks and personal bags not exceeding 20”x15” are allowed into the festival but subject to a security check every time you enter and re-enter the festival.
Are lockers provided?
No. There will be no place to securely lock your personal belongings inside the festival. Please do not bring valuables, and do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Queer/Pride Festival is not responsible for lost or left items.
what am i not permitted to bring into the festival?
The following items are expressly forbidden inside the festival, and any attendee attempting to bring in any of these items could be subject to confiscation of their wristband without refund (not limited to): Alcohol, Animals (Service Animals Allowed), Audio Recording Devices, Professional Cameras (Defined by having a detachable lens), Drones, Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia, Flammables, Glass or Metal Containers, Opened Beverages including water bottles (if opened, must be empty), Laser Pointers, Video Cameras, Weapons of any kind (including toys resembling weapons).

DOES MY TICKET OR WEEKEND PASS GUARANTEE ME SEEING THE PERFORMANCES?
The tickets and weekend passes are for the Queer/Pride Festival, not for a specific performance or artist.

Is there a schedule for the VIP Lounge djs or artist drop-ins?
There will be daily surprise visits from the headlining Ru Paul's Drag Race performers and DJ sets all weekend! VIP Hosts such as Matthew Camp and others will be present at varying times throughout the weekend as well.
WHAT IF IT RAINS OR AN ARTIST CANCELS?
Queer/Pride Festival takes place rain or shine. Everyone listed on the line-up is confirmed, but performances are subject to change without notice. Follow on Instragram @queerpridefestival for the most up to date information!
IS THE FESTIVAL ALL AGES?
No. We are a 21+ event. Valid ID will be required for entry.
IS THERE FOOD INSIDE THE FESTIVAL?
Yes! There will be food vendors in the outdoor section of the festival, and Sunset Fried Chicken will be serving a selection of food options from their kitchen inside the Queer/Bar venue. We encourage you to check out our Neighborhood Page to learn more about all of the great food and beverage offerings from our local neighboring businesses. You are allowed to bring in outside food into the festival.

TRANSPORT + DIRECTIONS
QUEER/PRIDE FESTIVAL IS LOCATED IN THE VIBRANT QUEER & ARTS NEIGHBORHOOD OF CAPITOL HILL, IN THE HEART OF SEATTLE. IT IS EASY TO GET TO VIA PLANE, FOOT, RIDE-SHARE, OR PUBLIC TRANSIT!
There will be limited pay-per-hour parking available on the streets surrounding the festival which may have maximum time limits. We recommend using public transportation or ride share apps to get to the festival. It’s better for the environment!
LINK LIGHT RAIL
Queer/Pride Festival is located just 6 blocks from the nearest Link Light Rail station (Capitol Hill Station). Generally, trains run every 10 minutes. This underground option isn’t as impacted by traffic conditions such as street closures. https://www.soundtransit.org/Schedules/Link-light-rail
